How to Add and Remove Date/Time Options


You can add additional date/time options to your poll or remove existing date/time option any time. However, you cannot edit an existing date/time option. If you need to change a date/time option, simply delete it first and then add a new date/time option exactly as you want it.

Add a Date/Time Option

    Click on the settings icon

    The settings for the poll will drop down.

    Select "Add a Date/Time"

    From the drop down options, select the "Add a Date/Time" option and a dialog will be displayed.

    Enter the date/time

    Select the date from the "Start date" input field. You can optionally add an end date and/or start and end time.

    Click on the "+ Add Date" button

    When you click on the "Add Date" button the date will be added to your poll. Repeat step 3 and 4 until you’ve entered all the additional dates you want to add.

    Notify Guests?

    If you want to notify your guests about the additional dates you just added hit the "Send Notification" button. The guests who have already voted will receive an email notification (when their email is provided in the poll). Otherwise, hit the "Close" button and no notification will be sent.


Remove a Date/Time Option

    Click on the delete icon

    Each date/time suggestion has a delete option.

    Confirm

    Confirm the date/time option you want to remove in the dialog that appears. Your guests will not be notified when you remove a date/time option.
